ESMO Asia 2018

 

2018年11月23日～25日に、シンガポールにて開かれたESMO ASIA 2018に参加させていただきました。

 

今年のESMO Asiaでは、昨年のPan-Asia大腸癌ガイドライン（神戸アルゴリズム）に引き続き、新たに作成された食道癌、胃癌におけるPan-Asiaガイドラインが、愛知県がんセンターの室 圭先生によって発表がなされました。会場はほぼ満席の状態で、関心の高さをうかがい知ることができました。現在、同ガイドラインはAnnals of Oncologyから既にPublishされております。胃癌における免疫チェックポイント阻害薬のバイオマーカー等について活発な議論がなされており、PD-L1の陽性率、MSI-H、EBV感染などについてはこれまでの試験結果を振り返る形でまとめがなされました。

 

HGCSGからは、7つの演題でポスター発表をさせていただきました。演題は以下の通りです（順不同）。
